- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payment and Billing
- All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, Verve.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content
- Spamming or phishing
- Hosting malware or viruses
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Excessive resource usage that disrupts other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.
6. Data and Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss unless caused by our negligence.
7. Uptime Guarantee
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software provided by us remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
9. Termination
We may terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Legal request or investigation
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, all data may be deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
